Cisco Catalyst Switches Support Services
Cisco Catalyst switches are some of the most popular, flexible LAN switches on the market today. The Catalyst switches meet a wide range of requirements, including scalability, consistently high performance and reliability, and the ability to manage complex network environments. With those features comes the need for a depth of experience in Cisco products and networking best practice — something AIE's CCIE and CCNA engineers can provide.
Cisco Catalyst switches include:
- Cisco Catalyst 2960 series. This is the entry-level Catalyst access switch. It is scalable, supports BYOD and mobile environments, and has advanced security features. It provides for Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking in a single switch.
- Cisco Catalyst 3560/3750/3850/3650 series. This series of switches focus on Layer 3 Fast Ethernet switching. It consumes less power than its predecessors, and is compatible with the Cisco Network Assessment for central management of switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Cisco Catalyst 4000/5000 series. Moving up in complexity, this series of switches supports Virtual Switching System (VSS) for resiliency and a single point of management. This series also allows for easy Layer 3 network segmentation.
- Cisco Catalyst 6000/6500 series. Even greater scalability and multi-network capabilities are available with the Cisco Catalyst 6000/6500 series. They are compatible with the Catalyst 6500 Series Supervisor Engine 2T, providing security and simplified management for BYOD, interactive collaberation, and other complex networking concerns.
AIE is a registered Cisco partner and reseller, authorized to sell Cisco Cisco Catalyst switches. Our experienced CCIE and CCNA engineers are equipped to design, program, deploy, and support network systems using a variety of Cisco devices, including the Cisco Catalyst Switches.
