AIE supports a wide variety of systems, applications, and networks. Our core support area includes Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Lync Server, and Microsoft SharePoint Server. Not sure if your need is covered? Just ask!

What systems do you support?

We support a wide variety of systems and networks! While the majority of our clients run a Windows OS, we also have technicians with experience in Unix and Mac OS. When deploying a new server for a client, we choose to encourage a Windows system. 

Will you support my line of business application?

Yes! We provide vendor management and basic support (migration, troubleshooting, network configuration, etc.) for most line of business applications. We support clients with ProCare, FundEZ, Xactimate, RecTrac, and ComputerEase, just to name a few.

Will you develop a line of business application for me?

Program development is not among our core competencies, but we have partners who work with us to provide that service for our clients when necessary.

Are there any special requirements or things I have to buy to use your services?

AIE Total Care support plans are only available for clients whose networks are running Windows Server 2008 or later, and whose PCs are on Windows Vista or later. With AIE Total Care Complete contracts, the cost of the project to migrate the server to Windows Server 2013 is included in the monthly price.

What if my business has multiple locations or remote users?

That's not a problem at all! Many of AIE's clients run a multi-location network, and we are able to provide IT support for one or all of those networks. We can help you design a network that is safe and secure, yet still accessible for your remote staff.
