Hero’s come in all shapes and sizes at AIE. And in Kirsten’s case, there’s no exception. As service desk manager, she is responsible for on-boarding new clients. While this may seem like a simple process, detailed documentation, tireless communication, and remaining flexible (with a sense of humor) are all critical to ensuring a successful transition for the client and AIE.
